Terms of payment, subscription and returns

Rules for rates, credits, renewals, cancellations and processing of refund requests.

Version 1.0Updated October 23, 2026

1. Price and access composition

The current price, currency, period, limits and tariff structure are shown before confirming the purchase. Taxes and fees are shown separately, if applicable. An individual quote or invoice will take precedence over the public rate page.

2. Subscription and renewal

  • Automatic renewal only applies when expressly shown prior to payment.
  • Before confirmation, the user sees the frequency and amount or the procedure for its calculation.
  • Disabling renewal stops future charges, but access usually remains until the end of the paid period.
  • Changes in the price of an active subscription will be announced in advance when required by law.

3. Credits and limits

Credits are an internal unit of usage, are not money or electronic means of payment, and are not transferable between accounts unless the interface explicitly states otherwise. The order of consumption and expiration date are shown upon purchase.

4. Returns

The refund request is considered taking into account the applicable law, the actual volume provided, the moment of application and the reason. Mandatory consumer rights are retained. If service was not provided due to a confirmed Nola error, a refund or credit restoration may be issued.

  • In your request, please include the account, date, amount, transaction ID, and reason.
  • Refunds are usually made using the same payment method; The enrollment period depends on the payment provider.
  • Unused periods and credits are not redeemable for cash except as expressly permitted by law or offer.

5. Payment errors and disputed transactions

If you suspect an unauthorized charge, immediately contact support and your payment provider. We may temporarily restrict access during the review process to prevent additional costs. Refund through the bank does not cancel the obligation to provide information for the investigation.

6. Corporate clients

Organizations may have separate accounts, limits, payment terms and return conditions. They are recorded in the contract or order and take precedence over this policy.
