Nola Terms of Use

Rules for accessing the service, performing tasks autonomously, working with results and third-party platforms.

Version 1.0Updated October 23, 2026

1. About the document

These terms govern the use of Nola (by Darwin), an autonomous AI agent service. By using the site, creating an account or starting a task, the user confirms that he has read and accepts these terms.

The service operator is Darwin or the entity identified on an invoice, in the payment interface, or in an individual agreement. If a separate agreement establishes different rules, it takes precedence for the relevant provisions.

2. Who can use the service

  • Adults with legal capacity or representatives of organizations with the necessary powers.
  • The user provides accurate information, protects login information and is responsible for actions in his account.
  • You cannot transfer your account to third parties, bypass access restrictions, or create accounts for abuse.

3. How an autonomous agent works

Nola can independently build a plan, search and compare information, read and create files, execute code in an isolated environment and interact with connected services within the limits of granted permissions.

The user defines the goal, task boundaries, available sources and permitted actions. Running a task means instructing the agent to perform reasonably necessary intermediate steps within these boundaries.

  • Please review results before publishing, submitting, paying for, or otherwise meaningfully using them.
  • Payments, legally binding messages, access changes, and other irreversible actions require explicit user confirmation unless the interface indicates otherwise.
  • Stop the task or revoke permission if progress is not meeting the goal.

4. Materials and results

The user retains the rights to the downloaded materials. It grants the service a limited right to process them only to perform tasks, ensure security, maintain and improve the quality of the service in accordance with the settings and Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the rights to the result created specifically for the user belong to the user after fulfillment of payment obligations. Similar results may be created for other users, and generally known facts and ideas do not become the exclusive property of others.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Have legal grounds to download data and commission actions on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization.
  • Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive or privacy-invasive purposes.
  • Comply with the terms of websites, APIs, databases and other third-party sources.
  • Do not consider the result as professional medical, legal, investment or other licensed advice without verification by a qualified specialist.

6. Accuracy and Availability

AI may make mistakes, miss information, or produce inaccurate conclusions. Sources may change after the task is completed. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of continuity or fitness for a particular purpose.

We have the right to update models, tools, limits and interfaces, temporarily limit work for security reasons, and stop obviously harmful tasks.

7. Suspension and termination of access

Access may be restricted due to violation of terms, safety concerns, non-payment or legal requirements. The user can stop using and request account deletion through the support channel available in the interface.

8. Liability and applicable law

Each party is liable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in the terms and conditions limits the mandatory rights of the consumer. The user is responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the result or within the powers granted to the agent.

Before going to court, the parties try to resolve the dispute through support. The applicable law and operator details are determined by the country of service, payment documents and individual agreement.

9. Changes in terms and conditions

The current version is always published on this page. We will notify you of significant changes in the interface or in another accessible manner before they take effect when required by law.

By continuing to use Nola after the document comes into force, the user accepts its current version to the extent permitted by law.
